Jaime Harris grew up in Illinois. He played sports, served in the military and then spent more than 30 years on roofs and job sites. He still likes the work, and he still likes the people he meets doing it.
He runs Prime Time Exteriors the way he’d want a contractor to treat his own house. Jaime is on the job, not just on the phone. He checks the details himself, tells you what he finds before anything changes and expects his crew to leave your place as clean as they found it.

What is included in a roof replacement?
Our replacement scopes cover tear-off, deck inspection, weather protection, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, installation of architectural shingles, jobsite cleanup and a final walkthrough, with every item listed in a clear, itemized scope of work.
Can I get a roof replacement price online?
Our quick estimate tool gives an illustrative planning range for a shingle replacement based on home size, stories and roof shape. It is not a bid. A firm quote comes after we review the roof, materials and site conditions in person.
What happens if you find damage under the old roof?
Concealed damage, such as rotted decking, is discussed with you before any extra work is done. You’ll know what we found and what it takes to fix it before we proceed.
Do you install metal roofs?

Do you work on slate, metal and specialty roofs?
Yes. We plan and handle real slate tear-offs, synthetic slate, shake systems and demanding roof designs. Specialty roofs need an in-person review before a useful price can be given.
Do you do siding, windows and porches too?
